Liquid fertilizer – 99 m3 - France

In the Haute-Marne region of France, this cereal farmer installed a 99 m3 flexible tank to store nitrogen fertilizer.
The project was a major undertaking, since the retaining wall was built upstream, to suit the volume and dimensions of the tank, into which the retaining tarpaulin is installed.

The special feature of this project is that the fertilizer tank replaces an old flexible tank, which had been in operation on the farm for 23 years. An example of longevity!
This first tank, more than 20 years old, will be recycled and given a second life as rainwater storage for the farm.
