2024 satisfaction survey

Here’s a quick look at the satisfaction survey we carried out at the beginning of the year among all our French customers in 2023, who had purchased a flexible tank or another Labaronne-Citaf product.

The aim is to find out what our customers think of our products and services, and to identify areas for improvement for our teams!

95% of respondents rate the quality of their customer service experience as positive or very positive.

The factors most frequently mentioned by our customers as a trigger for choosing Labaronne-Citaf flexible tanks are the product's quality/price ratio, and the technical/sales support service.

98% of our respondents are satisfied with their tanker delivery times.

In the latest 2024 satisfaction survey, our customers gave us an average score of 4.5/5 for our overall service.

As a reminder, our expertise includes technical support for the project, manufacturing, delivery and installation (which can also be carried out by our teams), as well as after-sales service!
